Last week, Ariana Grande posted an emotional letter on her Instagram account, in which she said that her spirits are high and she will return to the “incredibly brave city” of Manchester very soon. According to sources, the date has been confirmed now and Ari is going to play her Manchester benefit concert on Sunday, 4th June, 2017.
Ariana has offered free tickets to all those who were in the previous concert held on 22nd May. Remaining tickets will go on sale on 1st June and all the money raised from this tribute concert will go to the “We Love Manchester” Emergency Fund set up to help those who were affected in the terrorist attack on that fateful day. 22 people died in the attack and 17 are still in critical condition in what is billed the biggest terrorist attack in Britain in more than 10 years. The price for the tickets has not been disclosed yet, but Organizers are expecting to generate at least £2m.
Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Usher, Coldplay, Pharrell Williams and Niall Horan along with many other stars are supporting Grande in her effort and will play in the concert.
